2019 – FERRARI P80 / C

Ferrari’s latest product is a ‘one-off’ model and rumors say it’s the best ever made. This is because it is the first unique creation of the Maranello brand to have as its starting point a model of competition, the F488 GT3. Called P80 / C, this car did not have to obey the rigid regulations of cars approved for walking in the streets and this allowed the Ferrari Centro Stile to create a radical and different look from everything that has already left the gates of Maranello. Visually the P80 / C has several references to models like the F250 LM that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Dino 206 S or the F330 P3 / 4, but there are stolen details of the Scuderia Formula 1 cars and other creations of the history of the Italian brand car snow cover.

The result is a Ferrari with unique lines and that counts on all type of aerodynamic helps. The huge front air intakes, the huge bonnet opening, the huge air intakes behind the doors and of course, a radical rear marked by a giant airfoil and a huge diffuser stand out. To realize the attention to detail that was placed in this unique creation it should be said that this P80 / C is 5% more aerodynamically efficient than the competition car that served as the basis, the Ferrari F488 GT3. The body is constructed entirely of carbon fiber and the more functional elements, such as the side skirts, the rear airfoil, the front splitter and the rear diffuser, were left with an exposed finish. The rest of the body was decorated with the color ‘Rosso Vero’, as tradition says. The Maranello brand did not reveal the technical aspects of this model nor the performance it will be able to record. Secret also continues the price, but given that it is a unique creation, it is not difficult to guess that the owner of this ‘one-off’ should be someone with stuffed pockets.

2018 – FERRARI F488 GTB BY CREATIVE BESPOKE

The new Ferrari F488 Track  is the Maranello brand’s response to all those who asked for a more aggressive version of the F488 GTB , but it’s not the only one. It turns out that the market for preparations begins to have more and more proposals for this model and the latest comes through the hands of Creative Bespoke. The Arizona-based preparer has equipped two copies of the Ferrari F488 GTB with a body kit from Misha Designs, which completely transforms the exterior image of the Italian sports car. Creative Bespoke claims that the body kit was assembled using only Ferrari fulcrum, so no structural change was required for this change of look. These changes were inspired by the new F488 Track and leave the F488 GTB looking much more aggressive and closer to a competition model. For this much contribute the new wheels of the Forgiato, that present a dark finish, and the new springs of Mansory, that leave it closer to the ground. The mechanics remain the same at the factory, but that does not mean that these two proposals are cheap. The Misha Designs aerodynamic kit costs $ 39,800, Forgiatto wheels with Pirelli tires cost $ 12,000 plus Mansory sports springs cost $ 4,000. The installation of the components and the painting cost more impressive $ 15,000. Accounts made, this transformation will cost $ 70,800.

2018 – FERRARI F488 GTB BY POGEA RACING

During the last Salon of Geneva 2018 was presented to the public the new Ferrari F488 Track, a version that is characterized by the radicalism and additional extremism offered in relation to a conventional Ferrari F488 GTB. However, the difference between the two series models is not an obstacle for some of the traditional builders. This is where the new adjustment program created by the Germans of Pogea Racing comes into play. But in addition to modifying the mechanical part, the preparer had time to make several changes in the exterior image of the Ferrari F488 GTB to show a supersport that does not hide its strong character. Regarding the visual differences presented by the Ferrari F488 GTB prepared by Pogea Racing, stands out the body kit that, among other components, adds a huge rear aerofoil which, according to the trainer, greatly improves the aerodynamic performance of the car. Most of the elements that make up the body kit are made of carbon fiber, which made it possible to avoid a change in excess of the weight of the vehicle.

It also features new 21-inch light alloy wheels with Michelin high performance tires. Pogea Racing did not disclose images of the passenger compartment, but just like any other high-level trainer, it offers a wide range of exclusive accessories and finishes to create an environment that reflects the personality of the customer inside the Ferrari F488 GTB. In relation to the mechanical part, the 3.9-liter V8 twin-turbo engine that produces 670 hp and 760 Nm of maximum torque, receives a powertrain kit that increases these numbers up to 820 hp and 900 Nm. of changes. Thanks to the 820 horsepower that is now being developed, the so-called FPlus Corsa can accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 2.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 345 km / h. For those fortunate to have a Ferrari F488 GTB in their garage and want to give it the treatment of Pogea Racing, it should be noted that the preparer will only sell 20 units of this adjustment program. The installation of all components will be carried out in Germany and has a starting price of 35,000 euros.

2018 – FERRARI F488 TRACK ‘PILOTI FERRARI’

Last weekend Ferrari revealed during the 24 Hours of Le Mans a new one-off prepared by the ‘Tailor Made’ program of the brand. This time he pays homage to the Ferrari F488 GTE number 51 of the AF Corse squad which won the titles of drivers and builders of the FIA GT FIA GT Championship in 2017 with Alessandro Pier Guidi and James Calado at the wheel. This title meant fifth in six seasons for Ferrari, so it was no surprise that the Maranello brand decided to create this one, the first with a series of special specifications for the F488 Track version that will only be available to those branded customers that are related to sports programs. The name the brand gives to this specification package is ‘Piloti Ferrari’.

In relation to the exterior, there is an exclusive decoration with the ‘racing stripe lines’ that try to imitate the Italian flag that resorted longitudinally the vehicle, combining with the lines that we find in the lateral skirts. We can also see some elements finished in carbon fiber and emblems alluding to the victory in the WEC Championship, as well as the number 51. This aesthetic will also be transferred to the interior, where the sports seats lined in Alcantara also have the colors of the Italian flag, as well as the shift fins on the steering wheel. The interior features many carbon fiber elements in the eye and contrasting stitching in red. Customers who wish to order the Ferrari F488 Track with these specifications will be able to choose between the colors ‘Rosso Corsa’, ‘Blu Tour De France’, black ‘Nero Daytona’ and gray ‘Argento Nürburgring’. In addition, customers have the option of customizing the model by adding details as their own dorsal numbers. On the mechanical and chassis parts, the F488 Pista receives no modifications as well as the aerodynamic part, so it continues with the supercharged 3.9-liter V8 that delivers 720 hp and 770 Nm of maximum torque.

2018 – FERRARI F812 SUPERFAST

Ferrari revealed the successor of the F12 Berlinetta, which was named 812 Superfast. The most powerful production model of the Italian brand will be presented at the beginning of March at the Geneva Motor Show. The engine is a new naturally aspirated V12 – probably the last of its kind in Maranello’s home – at 6.5 liters, producing 800 hp at 8500 rpm and 718 Nm at 7000 rpm. This power unit works in conjunction with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission that is altered to allow for faster throughput. It announces an acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 340 km / h. Another evolution in the 812 Superfast is the electric steering, which works in conjunction with a ‘Slide Slip Control’ system, already available in other Ferrari models. There is also a ‘Virtual Short Wheelbase’ rear-wheel steering system, which uses F12tdf to improve agility. Aesthetically, there is an evolution in relation to the F12 Berlinetta, but maintaining the proportions. However, according to the brand, the body panels are new and more aggressive lines dominate, even in relation to the F12tdf. Highlight the headlights with a brand new design, an imposing front grille and a hood with several air intakes.

2018 – FERRARI F812 SUPERFAST F250 GT TRIBUTE

The Ferrari F250 GT SWB’s 2119 GT chassis is one of Maranello’s most iconic racing models. In the hands of the great Stirling Moss, this chassis achieved countless victories in the 1960s. Victories in such prestigious events as Goodwood, Nassau, Brands Hatch and Silverstone. So this is one of the best-known exemplars of the valuable Italian model, and also one of the most recognizable thanks to its decoration in dark blue with a transverse strip of white color. The history of this exemplar is well documented and currently belongs to Ross Brawn, the current Technical Director of the Formula 1 Championship, and it is rumored that he paid 11 million dollars for the car in 2013.

A British customer of the brand decided to pay tribute to the veteran specimen, and asked the Tailor Made department of Ferrari a very special custom finish for their new Ferrari F812 Superfast, imitating the design of the F250 GT short chassis Stirling Moss. This copy of the F812 Superfast features a beautiful Blu Scozia Opaque blue matte finish with the same white cross stripe on the hood and the white circles on the sides too, but this copy will certainly not participate in any official competition . The customization is completed by an exclusive work of upholstery in the interior for this unit, with leather trim and Alcantara in black, but combined with white touches on the seats, dashboard and steering wheel. In terms of chassis there are no modifications and the engine / transmission set remains the same, an aspirated 6.5-liter V12 block that delivers 800 hp – hence the name, 8 by 800 hp and 12 by the number of cylinders. Therefore, performance remains the same as the standard model: it accelerates from 100 km / h in 2.9 seconds and its top speed reaches 340 km / h. This copy was commissioned by a customer of HR Owen, a British dealer who is among the largest distributors of the brand in the world.
